How do I return an item?
At Artesanias Camila, our biggest goal is to well serve our fabulously loyal customers. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to try and make it better!
Please look over your order as soon as you get it in your hands. If you think that you've received a defective item, please contact our customer service team within 3 business days of receipt of your order. If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible so we can get that mishap sorted out for you!
Here is an easy over view of the rules and procedures for returns:
· Items can be returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY issued in the form of a gift card sent via email. We cannot issue refunds.
· All returns must be received within 15 days* of the date that we ship out your order.
You will be responsible for shipping cost on items you'd like to exchange if items are available if not store credit will be issued in form of a gift card.
· Anything purchased on our clearance page IS FINAL.
· Returned items must remain un-washed, un-worn, and all tags must still be attached.
- If huaraches are returned in worn or damaged condition an exchange for store credit will NOT be issued and the huaraches will NOT be returned to you.
· Items returned with make up or deodorant stains, pet hair, without tags attached, with any odors, smelling of cigarette smoke, or in any other condition other than new, will not be accepted. If we receive a return this way, you will be responsible for the shipping costs to get the item back to you. If the shipping isn't paid within 7 days we will donate the items to our local charity.
· You must include a note name and your order number on it. If you do not, we will not be held liable for your return if we are unable to locate who the items belong to.
· Shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end.
· Please allow our team 5-10 business days to process your return once it is received at our warehouse.
If you believe you received any damaged or flawed items, claims must be emailed to us within 3 days of receipt to you. Please take a photo with your smartphone showing the flaw and the tag still attached to the item so we can authorize the return.
