Shipping and Processing Times are as Follows: ~ Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of being received ~ Shipping times do not include the processing day(s) ~ Business days are Monday-Friday and do not include weekends or Holidays. ~ Please Note: Once an order is placed changes cannot be guaranteed, please double check your order before purchasing. ~ Artesanias Camila is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please provide a safe address to ensure proper delivery of your order. Once your order leaves our warehouse we are not responsible for it's whereabouts. PRE ORDERS (only shoes)

The standard production time for these handmade huaraches is anywhere from 2-5 weeks (not including Mexican federal and artisan’s local holidays). We know you are anxious to receive your new Mexican goodies, but please keep in mind that these items are handmade and imported; for that reason, there could be delays in production and at customs. Please allow an extra 1-3 business day for us to ship your order and an additional 3-5 for your package to be delivered.

Anything purchased with any form of personalization or made to order (PRE ORDER) is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return,refunds or cancellations.
